Location

We moved into the "betahaus" co-working space located directly at Checkpoint Charlie in the heart of Berlin in January 2019. Even if we have our own room, we are enjoying the international flair, exciting exchanges with other office members and after-work beers on the roof terrace with the perfect view over Berlin.

  • You advise our users by phone, e-mail and live chat and try to answer their questions.
  • You support our users in the selection of the right tools and services best tailored for their projects.
  • You’ll create call guidelines and e-mail templates to make future communications even more efficient.
  • You document customer feedback and write reports for other teams so that they can continually improve our products.

Requirements

  • Great communication skills in english, verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
  • Experience in SaaS oriented jobs, ideally worked in a similar role already
  • Friendly, solution-oriented and positive attitude and enjoys working in a dynamic team.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented and well organized.

Role & Responsibilities

  • As Content Manager “Logo & CI” you are responsible for the content quality of the comparison site of the same name.
  • You monitor the quality and functionality of your comparison site on a daily basis and report technical bugs and errors.
  • In collaboration with the product management and online marketing teams you improve and expand all relevant content continuously.
  • You keep an eye on the market and research new tools and services for comparison.
  • Through our CMS (Content Management System), you create reviews and image galleries to introduce users to the various tools and services.
  • You create individual landing pages and implement promotions in coordination with other responsible teams.
  • You help answering customer questions regarding your comparison.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management, content management, online journalism or similar areas.
  • University Degree or similar education.
  • Good sense for target group-oriented and channel-specific customer approach.
  • Friendly, solution-oriented and positive attitude and enjoys working in a dynamic team.
  • Structured and independent way of working and good team spirit.
  • Great communication skills in german english, verbal and written (other languages are a plus).
  • Basic HTML knowledge and experienced in working with a CMS (Content Management System).
